The purpose of the Referrals workgroup is to be aSupport member organizations, home visiting staff, and service providers to strengthen pathways and linkages for families to the community resources they need and the home visiting program that is the best fit for them, and advocate for systemic improvements to eligibility and access. The workgroup meets monthly.
